This condo is top of the line. There is no other place like it on the mountain. We are located directly across from Brian Head's main lift Giantsteps about 300 yards away. There is no traveling for you to get up on the hills to ski. The condo features Black hardwood flooring, brand new stainless steel appliances, Huge master bedroom with KING, private loft room with QUEEN and FULL bed, two gorgeous full sized bathrooms, two decks, Huge leather sofa with fold out bed, gas fireplace, Flat screen TV with satellite. This place was just built in 2007. Eighteen by eleven foot window gives you a full view of the mountain.
You will also enjoy the ATTACHED GARAGE which will accommodate a full sized truck. The Master bedroom, which is very spacious, has a (1) KING SIZED BED, big TV + satellite, DVD player, dresser, walk in shower, walk in closet, lounge chairs for the view, and adjustable jetted tub. The loft includes (1) QUEEN and (1) FULL SIZED BEDS with access to the top balcony. Downstairs has fold out (1) QUEEN sized BED in a brand new sofa. Our dining table is more than big enough to serve eight. Cooking is made easy in this kitchen. Everything is available; pots pans cooking utensils silverware plates cups. Also available on the patio is a GAS barbecue. Brian Head has added two new ski lifts and that has allowed lift lines to fly. There is hardly any wait to ski here. For kids they have a great tubing park that is open late. We also have a FOOSBALL table that includes air hockey, miniature pool, and ping pong. Poker chips and other board games. PLAYSTATION 2 with many games, and DVD movies.

This place actually exceeded our high expectations from the pictures/description. We really enjoyed being able to walk across the Giant Steps parking lot and jump right on the lift and the freedom passes made the place an incredible value. It was our first long stay in Brian Head, but I think you would be hard pressed to find a better value so close to the slopes. The loft is extremely roomy and very modern. Our family is already planning on staying here again in the future.

We really enjoyed the home, particularly the living areas with the tremendous view of the mountain. We appreciated the ski passes and the nice furnishings. We enjoyed the foosball table and the DVD movies. We think that the kitchen pots/pans could use upgrading and there were no bowls large enough to microwave side dishes for dinner, and no wine glasses. This surprised us in such a beautiful kitchen with gourmet appliances.

We have been in the habit for many years of spending our Christmas Break on the ski slopes. 5 years ago a family medical situation prevented us from continuing that tradition. This year, 2009, we renewed that tradition in Brian Head. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the unit and all of its ammenities. It was absolutely fantastic. The location, the view, the skiing, and the value were exceptional. It was a great way for our family to renew our ski trip tradition and I am sure we will return. Thank You, Christopher Matheson
